Ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance or reliability with strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and safety systems, reporting to the Facilities & IT
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in industrial maintenance or reliability in manufacturing.
- 2+ years supervisory experience leading technicians/contractors.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and facility utilities.
- Experience with work order systems and preventive/predictive maintenance.
- Must have authorization to work in the US.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Oversee maintenance of facility infrastructure, building systems, production equipment, utilities, and critical site systems.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and capital projects with Production and other functions.
- Ensure safety and compliance; manage budgets, spare parts, and work orders.
