Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years in manufacturing
• Experience leading or supervising employees in an industrial environment
• Strong written and spoken English with cross-functional collaboration ability
• Proven leadership, interpersonal skills and ability to manage priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front-line maintenance staff to safely execute activities
• Support daily maintenance operations to maximize equipment reliability and performance
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance and support functions to achieve objectives
• Monitor schedules, resource allocation and maintenance priorities to meet operations needs
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and improve asset performance
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
• Manage activities within established budgets and optimize resource use
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Foster teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement
• Coach and develop employees through performance management and training
