Job summary

VELUX Group seeks a maintenance leader to guide a skilled team in delivering safe, reliable, cost-effective operation of manufacturing assets. You will drive disciplined maintenance execution, problem solving, and continuous improvement to reduce downtime.

Responsibilities include leading daily maintenance, planning work, coordinating downtime, and partnering with engineering and production to improve MTBF and MTTR while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a technical discipline is preferred.
• Five years of industrial maintenance experience with supervision is preferred.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance and CMMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team and develop personnel for safety, quality and reliability.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance work based on production needs and criticality.
• Coordinate external downtime with Production to minimize disruption.
• Maintain assets for reliable performance and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Ensure safety procedures, lockout/tagout and other standards are followed.
• Document maintenance activities and close work orders in CMMS.
