Job summary

VELUX Group is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable operation of manufacturing assets on a 6:00–16:30 schedule. The role emphasizes strong safety culture, coaching, and continuous improvement in a high-volume facility in Greenwood, IN.

The candidate should have an associate degree in Industrial Maintenance and at least five years of maintenance experience, including supervision, with CMMS proficiency and RCCA experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related technical field preferred.
• Five years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience, with supervision preferred.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable, cost-effective operation.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance work with production to minimize downtime.
• Drive reliability improvements and RCAs for significant equipment failures.
