VELUX is seeking a Maintenance Lead to direct the site’s maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable operations of manufacturing assets. You will lead preventive, predictive, and corrective activities, drive improvement, and partner with Production and Engineering.

The role emphasizes coaching, safety, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to meet production goals and maintain equipment performance.

Formación

• Associate or higher in a related technical field.
• Five years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing and CMMS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Develop and coach maintenance staff; enforce safety standards and documentation.
• Monitor maintenance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Technical Services.
