LCI Industries in Hazlehurst, MS is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with the plant manager, and ensure preventive maintenance and timely repairs across machinery and facilities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2–5 years in manufacturing supervision, and knowledge of Excel/Word/Outlook; strong communication and teamwork are essential to keep downtime minimal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year college or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of manufacturing supervision experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with low- and high-voltage electrical components and systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment quickly to minimize downtime.
• Active team player with good communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of maintenance staff and custodial team.
• Monitor staff productivity and performance.
• Oversee installation/repair of machines and building needs.
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure timely, accurate work.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program and records.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and technicians as needed.
• Align with LCI's mission and values.
• Take on other duties as assigned by the manager.
