Job summary

Ackermann Group in Pickerington, OH is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for the Arbors at Turnberry, a 367-unit community. You will work with the Community Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance, manage budget, and ensure all systems, grounds, and amenities are well cared for.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities, EPA Type I & II certification, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience with supervisory responsibility.
• EPA Type I & II Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee interior and exterior building and grounds maintenance.
• Ensure make-ready schedules meet expectations.
• Manage maintenance supplies, inventory and budget.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance plan.
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance requests.
• Directly lead team meetings.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and contractors.
• Maintain community amenities market-ready.
