Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of supervisory maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Extensive knowledge of PLC systems, lathe, and mill equipment.
Strong leadership and safety compliance in a manufacturing setting.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment (PLC, lathe, mill, pneumatics) to minimize downtime.
Lead and train the maintenance team to perform duties effectively.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability.
Troubleshoot and repair electronic and robotic systems; coordinate with external providers.
Ensure safety and quality compliance across the maintenance function.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Support cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
