Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a maintenance leadership role in manufacturing.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Ability to lead and develop a maintenance team.
• Familiarity with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
• Plan and oversee repair and installation activities.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Maintain maintenance log and report daily activities.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed.
• Lead and develop maintenance technicians.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot PLC systems to minimize downtime.
