Qualifications

• Associates degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or related field with 2 years of verifiable work experience.
• Or minimum 5 years of verifiable work experience with relevant training.
• Willingness to travel for training and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Maintenance department and lead maintenance activities.
• Maintain a work schedule coordinating all shifts and communications.
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and components.
• Interpret electrical schematics and wire diagrams; perform field repairs.
• Operate and maintain CMMS; ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Rig, move, and install equipment; lift up to 75 lbs and handle conduit work.
