MAC Trailer Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct and coordinate the activities of production departments, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

You will review orders, plan operations, prepare schedules, monitor performance, and enforce safety rules while coordinating with maintenance to meet quality and delivery targets. This is an on-site role supporting Salem, Ohio operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems with concrete variables.

Responsabilités

• Directs and coordinates activities of production departments to plan operations.
• Review production orders to ascertain product data and delivery dates.
• Plan production operations, establish priorities and sequences.
• Prepare schedules and coordinate activities to meet specs.
• Inspect machines to ensure performance and utilization.
• Develop or revise standard practices and enforce compliance.
• Hire, train, and supervise employees; discipline as needed.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; ensure safety and efficiency.
