Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our client’s paper mill in International Falls, Minnesota. You will lead the maintenance team, plan and schedule preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs, and drive operational excellence in a challenging manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong leadership, high safety standards, and excellent communication. You will manage asset performance, supervise hourly craft personnel and contract services, and ensure cost control,

• Experience in a craft or maintenance-related role in manufacturing.

• Solid technical maintenance knowledge with PC proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Our client, the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. What’s the Job?

• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute maintenance work in a process area to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and guidance on safety, quality, and productivity within the maintenance team.
• Maintain equipment availability, control costs, and uphold housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Supervise hourly craft personnel and manage contract services to meet operational goals.
• Establish and utilize the asset management system to optimize maintenance activities.

What’s Needed?

• Experience in a craft or maintenance-related position, ideally within manufacturing or industrial settings.
• High safety awareness, strong communication, and excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Solid technical and maintenance skills with a working knowledge of PC applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Results-oriented mindset with knowledge of asset management and proactive maintenance techniques.
• Strong leadership skills or experience leading a team, with an understanding of open communication and teamwork.
