Responsibilities

• Lead and direct plant maintenance activities; ensure equipment and facilities are kept in optimum operating conditions.
• Report to Manufacturing Manager any information that may impede operation, providing technical expertise on equipment and facilities.
• Initiate and maintain a cost-effective preventive maintenance program and implement quality improvement ideas.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to achieve results.
• Maintain inventories of spare parts and purchase materials as required.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Be open to working flexible hours including weekends and off-hours as needed.

Skills

Maintenance experience (4+ years)

Corrugated box industry experience

Electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pν

Education

High school diploma or GED

College and/or related technical courses preferred

Five years’ experience in corrugated box industry with electronics preferred
