Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at Summit at the Villages of Waco Apartments in Waco, Texas. You will supervise staff, coordinate vendors, and ensure timely service requests and preventative maintenance.

The role emphasizes safety, OSHA compliance, Fair Housing awareness, and budget-conscious supply management, with on-call emergency coverage and strong resident relations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with the Community Manager.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Plan and manage inventory and vendor bids within budget.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and resolve issues promptly.
