Ideal candidates will have an Associates degree with 5+ years in a food/beverage processing setting, and experience with PLCs, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; 2 years of post-high school education minimum.
• 5+ years in Food/Beverage/Processing industry preferred.
• Direct experience with proactive maintenance systems is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and team performance.
• Manage scheduling and assignment of tasks and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across the plant.
• Coordinate with Risk Management and Contractor management policies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime.
