Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the in-house and vendor maintenance operations at Riverview House in Lake Worth, FL. The role requires 4+ years in maintenance leadership, EPA licensing, and a valid driver’s license.

Position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, on-site unit option with rent adjustments, and opportunities for on-call emergency coverage. Join a growing team dedicated to safe, well-maintained properties across Florida.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in maintenance supervision or similar role.
• Experience managing maintenance in apartment communities.
• Licensing: EPA Type I & II or EPA Universal Technician required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CAMT and CPO certifications may be required within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and response times to meet deadlines.
• Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule after hours.
• Interview and recommend maintenance and grounds staff.
• Train maintenance and grounds personnel.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work.
• Maintain inventory and oversee orders of supplies and equipment.
• Assist in disciplinary or promotional actions.
• Ensure OSHA standards and a safe work environment.
• Maintain logs/records and report unusual property conditions.
• Uphold exceptional customer service and pursue growth opportunities.

Connaissances

EPA Section 608 Type I & II license

EPA Universal Technician license

Valid Driver’s License

4+ years experience

CAMT and CPO certifications may be 6
