Job Description

Shift: Night Shift (Alternate Schedule: 2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 3 off) from 6PM to 6AM.

How You Will Make History Here...

Supervise and coordinate activities of team members engaged in maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and facilities during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct team members in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, HVAC, and pneumatic maintenance and repair.
• Diagnose malfunctions, analyze and resolve work problems, and handle complex inquiries or escalate as needed.
• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and production standards.
• Coordinate shift activities with management, adjust work procedures, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Manage requisitions for tools, parts, and supplies within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance, and costs.
• Perform other duties as required.

Team and Reporting

• Supervise 10 employees.
• Report to Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications (Must Have)

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree.
• Prior experience in food manufacturing.
• 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in maintenance.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $77,900 - $112,000, depending on location and experience. Benefits include health, dental, 401(k), wellness programs, and more, starting from day one.
