We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our frozen pizza manufacturing facility in Sidney, OH, home to Red Baron and Tony’s. In this leadership role, you’ll guide a team of maintenance technicians, overseeing reactive, corrective, and preventive maintenance activities while promoting Asset Optimization practices such as Planning & Scheduling, Defect and Breakdown Elimination, aligned with operational strategies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and activities, including predictive maintenance, equipment repair, and refrigeration.
• Plan and schedule routine maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure quick problem resolution.
• Monitor equipment breakdowns, assign resources, and report performance issues to management.
• Review safety devices and ensure proper installation on all equipment.
• Manage parts and equipment inventories to maintain optimal levels.
• Oversee employee development, performance, safety, and problem-solving efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of general construction, electrical, electronic, mechanical systems, microprocessors, and computerized maintenance management systems.
• Experience with food plant production and processing equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with safety, sanitation, EPA, USDA, and OSHA standards is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range is $66,375 to $110,625, with eligibility for a 10% incentive bonus based on organizational performance. Starting pay depends on education, skills, experience, certifications, and location. We also offer comprehensive health benefits, retirement plans, time off, and wellbeing programs.
