ISC Production Supervisor - Night Shift

This is a night shift rotating schedule as follows:
wk1: 7p-7a Mon Tue / Off Wed Thu / 7p-7a Fri Sat Sun
wk2: Off Mon Tue / 7p-7a Wed Thu / Off Fri Sat Sun

As an ISC Production Supervisor at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and supervising the production team at our Pottsville, PA location within the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business unit. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, meeting targets, and maintaining high-quality standards. Your strong leadership and communication skills will be vital in motivating and developing the team to achieve operational excellence.

You will report directly to the ISC Operations Manager and work onsite at our Pottsville, PA location.

This role impacts the company by driving operational efficiency, ensuring on-time product delivery, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise the production team to meet production targets and maintain quality standards
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement, enhancing productivity and reducing waste
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and promote a safety culture within the production area
• Lead and mentor team members to improve skills, performance, and foster a collaborative environment
