Job summary

The BAM Companies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Nantucket Cove to lead and develop a maintenance team ensuring top-notch property upkeep and resident experience.

You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, driving preventative programs and cost-efficient operations while upholding BAM's standards and culture.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance (supervisory experience a plus).
• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Team: Oversee and train maintenance staff to perform high-quality work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property upkeep.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure all systems and facilities meet BAM's brand standards and deliver a great living experience for residents.
• Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and oversee regular inspections and repairs to prevent issues before they arise.
• Team Development: Guide, coach, and help your team grow with training, feedback, and ongoing support.
• Cost-Effective Operations: Manage budgets, purchase supplies, and keep maintenance operations efficient.

Pay is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, education, and the overall compensation package.

Position Pay Range

$26 - $29 USD
