Job summary

BAM is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team across properties. You’ll direct technicians in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work while preserving curb appeal and safety.

• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and oversee regular inspections and repairs to prevent issues before they arise.
• Team Development: Guide, coach, and help your team grow with training, feedback, and ongoing support.
• Cost-Effective Operations: Manage budgets, purchase supplies, and keep maintenance operations efficient.
