Job summary

BAM Capital is seeking a hands-on maintenance supervisor to lead HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general upkeep for our properties. You will oversee and develop the maintenance team, schedule preventative maintenance, and ensure our properties meet BAM standards to deliver an exceptional living experience for residents.

2–3 years of property maintenance experience with supervisory exposure is preferred. EPA Type 2 certification and a valid driver’s license are required, with a reliable vehicle

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in property maintenance; supervisory experience a plus.
• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train maintenance staff across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general upkeep.
• Maintain BAM standards to ensure a high-quality living experience for residents.
• Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance to prevent issues.
• Coach and develop team with ongoing feedback and support.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and keep operations efficient.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Team: Oversee and train maintenance staff to perform high-quality work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property upkeep.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure all systems and facilities meet BAM's brand standards and deliver a great living experience for residents.
• Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and oversee regular inspections and repairs to prevent issues before they arise.
• Team Development: Guide, coach, and help your team grow with training, feedback, and ongoing support.
• Cost-Effective Operations: Manage budgets, purchase supplies, and keep maintenance operations efficient.
