Job summary

The BAM Companies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our on-site maintenance team at BAM properties. You’ll oversee HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring the grounds and common areas maintain top-tier curb appeal and safety for residents.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in property maintenance, EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification, a valid driver's license, and strong written/verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance (supervisory experience a plus)
• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the Team: Oversee and train maintenance staff to perform high-quality work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property upkeep.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure all systems and facilities meet BAM’s brand standards and deliver a great living experience for residents.
• Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and oversee regular inspections and repairs to prevent issues before they arise.
• Team Development: Guide, coach, and help your team grow with training, feedback, and ongoing support.
• Cost-Effective Operations: Manage budgets, purchase supplies, and keep maintenance operations efficient.

What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead our maintenance team to ensure our properties stay in tip-top shape. Your mechanical expertise will be key in keeping systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical running smoothly while also ensuring that the grounds, common areas, and curb appeal are top-notch.

Pay is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, education, and the overall compensation package.

Position Pay Range

$27 - $32 USD
