Job summary

NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to organize and lead the on-site maintenance team across our Albuquerque property. The role focuses on delivering a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment, while managing service requests, make-readies, and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in multifamily maintenance supervision of large communities, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with current auto insurance.
• EPA Certification required.
• HVAC Certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of multifamily Maintenance Supervisor experience in 300+ unit properties.

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, and direct day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Lead the on-site maintenance team and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Oversee make-ready, service requests, and urgent repairs.
• Maintain logs, safety training compliance, and site binder records.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and manage on-call rotations.
