Timberland Partners seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the Rya Apartments in Richfield, MN. The role oversees all general maintenance, preventive work, and turnover tasks to keep the community in peak condition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general maintenance experience.
• 6+ months in a multi-family or institutional work order environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred; college-level/trade school preferred.
• CAMT, boiler license, EPA, CPO, electrical, plumbing, first aid, etc. preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, major appliances, pool/spa equipment, and other systems.
• Basic computer proficiency; YARDI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair the building exterior, grounds, mechanical systems, plumbing, etc.
• Establish and maintain schedules for routine maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, painting, turnover work.
• Implement and follow a preventive maintenance program.
• Supervise all contract work and payments for quality control.
• Ensure vacated apartments are in make-ready condition.
• Serve as on-call emergency maintenance contact as scheduled.
• Operate property within budget and report variations to Community Manager.
• Maintain inventory of tools, furniture, and accessories.
• Attend trade association meetings when possible.
