Job summary

Timberland Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Rya Apartments in Richfield, MN. The role oversees maintenance across the 237-unit property, ensuring preventive and turnover work is completed on schedule while managing staff and contractor tasks.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with occasional on-call rotation for additional pay. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunity for incentive pay based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of general maintenance experience.
• 6+ months in a multi-family or institutional work order environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred; college/trade school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair building exterior, grounds, mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Establish and maintain schedules for routine maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, painting, and turnover work.
• Implement and follow a preventive maintenance program.
