Apartment Management Professionals, LLC (AMP Residential) seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for Spring Brook Apartments in Holland, MI. The role oversees the maintenance team, coordinates repairs, and ensures the property's safety and upkeep in line with AMP standards.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years supervisory experience in multi-family housing, strong mechanical skills (HVAC/plumbing), and are capable of on-call duties. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 100 lbs occasionally.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience in multi-family housing.
• Prior multi-family experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with insurance.
• EPA Certification highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service.
• On-call and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-ins.
• Complete property work orders promptly.
• Supervise maintenance staff and plan schedules.
• Oversee grounds, custodial, and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Lead large capital projects.
• Maintain safety procedures and community policies.
