Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading maintenance technicians or work teams.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for manufacturing equipment.
• Understanding of cGMP in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a multi-craft maintenance team and conducts performance management and development.
• Coordinates daily maintenance activities to support production schedules.
• Ensures maintenance follows procedures, schedules, and compliance requirements.
• Monitors equipment performance and escalates issues to Maintenance Management.
• Supports troubleshooting and restoration of equipment to service.
• Maintains team productivity, workflow, and resource allocation.
• Ensures compliance with cGMP, safety, and environmental standards.
• Reviews work orders and documentation for accuracy and closure in CMMS.
• Supports investigations and root cause analyses for downtime and corrective actions.
• Coordinates with Manufacturing, Engineering, and other sites to minimize disruptions.
• Manages spare parts inventory by identifying needs and communicating requirements.
• Oversees contractor work and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Supports training compliance and department training requirements.
• Supports equipment startup, commissioning, and readiness activities.
