Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a multi-craft maintenance team in Wilson, NC. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent maintenance leadership experience.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing maintenance with leadership responsibility.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance in manufacturing.
• Understanding of cGMP in a regulated environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a multi-craft team of maintenance technicians (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation).
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities to support production schedules.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance per procedures and compliance.
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate issues to management.
• Support root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain productivity and resource allocation to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and GMP requirements.
• Review work orders and CMMS documentation for accuracy and timing.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, and Quality.
• Assist with spare parts planning and contractor oversight.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
