Job summary

Guided Search Partners is assisting a Fortune 500 packaging manufacturer in Virginia to identify an experienced Maintenance Supervisor – Mechanical for an operating facility. The role focuses on driving equipment reliability, leading maintenance teams, and improving plant performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial maintenance, with strong leadership, budgeting, and maintenance planning skills. DCS experience is a plus, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial equipment and electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Lead and develop maintenance, mechanical and electrical teams with planning and scheduling of maintenance.
• Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory and cost-control initiatives.
• Establish maintenance schedules and coordinate downtime for equipment.
• Drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs; experience with DCS is a plus.
