Job summary
Guided Search Partners, partnering with a Fortune 500 packaging manufacturer, seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor - Electrical for its Virginia facility. You will drive equipment reliability, oversee preventive maintenance, and lead a hands-on maintenance team.
This role focuses on planning downtime, prioritizing work, and coaching technicians to uphold safety and production excellence. Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in industrial equipment and electrical maintenance.
- Ability to plan and prioritize preventive maintenance activities while coordinating downtime.
- Leadership skills to coach maintenance technicians and maintain a safe, productive environment.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prioritize, and assign preventive and routine maintenance activities.
- Lead predictive and preventive maintenance initiatives to improve equipment reliability.
- Manage maintenance parts and supplies inventory with focus on cost control.
- Coach technicians and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
