Job summary

Northern Engraving is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to maximize uptime of manufacturing equipment and lead a team of maintenance professionals. You will coordinate building, grounds, and equipment upkeep, while driving preventative maintenance and safety initiatives across the plant.

The role requires five years in general maintenance, plus 1–3 years in a supervisory role, with strong robotics and electrical/mechanical system knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of general maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• 1-3 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Boiler experience preferred.
• Strong aptitude with robotics and automated systems.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and coordinate resources to maximize uptime.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance across the site.
• Develop and manage maintenance budget; forecast parts and services.
• Track KPI metrics and drive improvements in reliability and efficiency.
• Oversee major contract work on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Work with operations and engineering on new equipment and processes.
• Foster training and development for maintenance staff.
