Job summary

International Wire Group is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will plan daily maintenance, coordinate preventive activities, and partner withProduction and Engineering to improve uptime and safety.

The role demands strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, CMMS experience, and a proven leadership record in manufacturing. Competitive pay and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field; equivalent leadership experience considered.
• Minimum of five years in industrial maintenance; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of maintenance mechanics and electricians.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign daily maintenance work to support production schedules.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation issues.
• Partner with Production, Engineering and other departments to implement improvements.
• Monitor maintenance work quality and ensure repairs meet safety and company standards.
• Promote safety culture and compliance with OSHA and environmental requirements.
• Support reliability, productivity, cost reduction, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Assist with maintenance planning, inventory, contractor coordination, and capital projects.
• Maintain maintenance documentation, work orders, and equipment records.
• Provide ongoing training and development for maintenance staff.
