What You Will Do:

• Coordinate with production/warehouse supervision to ensure safe repairs and proper equipment condition
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and safety checks
• Make repairs and modifications to equipment and facilities as scheduled
• Complete all paperwork accurately and work with the Reliability Manager to ensure data integrity

Location & Compensation:

• Plant Location: Greensboro, NC
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday Nights (OT as required)
• Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 depending on qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma / GED
• At least 4 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment
• 3 years of experience with electrical and mechanical systems
• 3 years of experience with tools, procedures, and methods used in industrial maintenance
• 3 years of experience with electronic and PLC-based applications
• No immigration sponsorship available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or vocational training in plant maintenance or equivalent experience
• Ability to work in confined spaces, high places, and challenging environments
• Experience with pumps, welding, bearings, electrical safety, forklifts, hydraulics, valves, and rigging
• Experience in a Lean environment

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds
• Must pass a drug screen and physical exam
