Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor - Direct Placement

Pay: Up to $34/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM with flexibility for urgent equipment issues

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of facility and equipment maintenance
• Support daily manufacturing operations and production uptime
• Respond to machine downtime and urgent repairs, including occasional flexible hours
• Lead preventative maintenance programs and initiatives
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance area
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Supervise maintenance technicians and direct labor during shutdowns or special projects
• Participate in safety committees and support continuous improvement goals

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of safety standards, predictive maintenance, and lean practices
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
