Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Oversight: Lead and mentor a team focused on BPO recruitment, ensuring high-quality talent pipelines are delivered on time for various voice, non-voice, and support roles.
- Candidate Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referral networks, and innovative tools to attract top BPO talent.
- Stakeholder Support: Collaborate closely with recruiters, recruitment leads, and hiring managers to understand job requirements, market conditions, and sourcing needs.
- Market Research & Talent Mapping: Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify sourcing gaps and propose data-driven strategies to improve reach and targeting.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sourcing performance metrics (sourcing-to-hire ratio, candidate quality, pipeline health, etc.) and optimize sourcing team productivity.
- ATS & Database Utilization: Manage sourcing operations within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, proper documentation, and timely updates.
- Training & Capability Building: Coach sourcing team members on best practices, sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and effective talent outreach.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes and candidate experience through feedback and collaboration with the recruitment leadership team.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Team Leader to lead and develop our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen focus on continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience in recruitment within a BPO setting, including hands-on experience in sourcing high-volume roles.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role, with proven experience in coaching and developing sourcing/recruitment teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build or scale sourcing strategies and workflows, particularly in teams without existing frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Proven experience organizing or participating in job fairs, campus recruitment, university talks, and collaboration with LGUs to strengthen sourcing channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders.
