Raytheon has an opportunity for a 3rd shift Production Supervisor. The candidate will possess the demonstrated skills and experience necessary to perform in both manufacturing and technical leadership roles.Daily interaction with other cross-business teams to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives. The candidate will be able to provide valuable floor insight to a cross-functional (Operations, Quality, Engineering, Test Equipment, Maintenance, etc.) team. Ensure that the team is achieving/exceeding safety, quality, delivery, cost goals and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities using Core and lean methodologies are critical performance criteria for this position.

The candidate must be capable and willing to work extended hours (when required) in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires university degree or equivalent experience and 2 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree.
• Supervisory, Management and/or Team Leader experience is required.

• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
• Knowledge of Quality practices and instructions
• Superior communication skills and ability to create/sustain a fair and equitable work environment
• Experience in manufacturing line balancing, executing assembly, test process and Lean manufacturing applications.
• Labor management including attendance, employee relations & behavior, administrative responsibilities, and employee performance.
• Knowledge of (PRISM, SAP) and use of Microsoft 365 (Office).
• Ability to develop solutions to problems of medium scope and complexity.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
