Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for our Victoria, TX community. This full-time role oversees daily maintenance operations, schedules, and vendor work to keep 160-unit property in top condition.

The position offers a live-in option rent-free for the right candidate, competitive hourly pay, benefits, and potential year-end bonuses. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 with some weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in maintenance supervision in multi-family communities.
• EPA 1 & 2 or EPA Universal required; valid driver’s license.
• Team leadership and commitment to curb appeal and service.
• Experience scheduling and coordinating vendors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and response times; ensure timely completion.
• Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings/grounds.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work.
