Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to drive operational excellence across shifts. You will lead and coach a team, ensure safe work practices, and manage labor and material costs while using SAP and Kronos systems.

Relocation assistance is available; relocation support helps with a smooth transition for the selected candidate. The role emphasizes GMP compliance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience with utilities, facilities or production equipment maintenance.
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role with coaching and team development.
CMRP certification or direct maintenance planning/supervision experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication with leadership and planning abilities.
Proficient with SAP or AMM; ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

Create a positive, productive environment where each associate contributes and is valued.
Train and develop associates; provide coaching and clear expectations.
Provide resources to help the team decide and solve problems; share updates in meetings.
Draft procedures; schedule work in Kronos; manage vacations and forms.
Guide the team to reduce downtime and review critical processes and safety.
Monitor equipment trends to minimize planned/unplanned downtime.
Propose KPIs and monitor maintenance performance and continuous improvement.
