Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, schedule and manage the preventive maintenance program, and partner with production to maximize uptime. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with leadership to develop a high-performing shop.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in industrial maintenance, 1+ year in supervision, and strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical/HVAC systems. A CMMS background is required to document work and metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on industrial maintenance in manufacturing/production
• 1+ year lead or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic and HVAC systems
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
• Experience with CMMS is required

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily maintenance work of technicians
• Schedule PMs, work orders and breakdown responses to meet production needs
• Coach and develop technicians with on-the-floor training
• Coordinate with Production to minimize downtime
• Support capital projects and equipment upgrades
