Job summary

Stryten Energy is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our Lampeter, PA facility to lead technicians in maintaining injection molding machines and facility systems. You will drive TPM, reliability, and safety initiatives while coordinating daily activities with production demands.

The role requires technical competency in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and controls basics, with a strong emphasis on mentoring technicians and ensuring high standards of asset care in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred; High School Diploma with Industrial Maintenance coursework also acceptable.
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with PLCs, HVAC, chilled water, electrical and mechanical equipment.
Strong computer skills (Excel, CMMS) and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee scheduling, prioritizing and assigning work for maintenance staff.
Direct maintenance activities to meet production schedules and safety standards.
Implement preventive maintenance programs and reliability practices (TPM, RCM, RCA, FMEA).
Coordinate third-party contractor support and supplier/vendor management.
Develop and coach technicians with task assignments and feedback.
Prepare operating budget input and monitor expenditures for area of responsibility.
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.
Assist in facility construction/remodel projects and equipment installation.
