Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor - Maintenance in the Tennessee Valley Division. The role leads maintenance mechanics to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, trains team members, and ensures equipment operates to specifications in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include directing work, coaching associates, and enforcing safety and parts procedures while utilizing CMMS/PLMS for maintenance tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• Valid driver’s license required and to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required
• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or 6 months to 1-year related experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance mechanics in performing preventive and corrective maintenance
• Train team members on technical processes for timely repairs
• Ensure equipment operates to original performance and quality specifications
• Interview, hire, and train associates
• Plan, assign, and direct work
• Direct mechanics in performing proper repairs
• Enforce safety policies and parts room procedures
• Direct CMMS and PLMS usage
