Job summary

DrinkPAK, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance department at our Fort Worth, TX facility. You will lead a team of technicians, plan and schedule preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and packaging systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will manage work orders via CMMS, mentor staff, balance workloads across shifts, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while controlling costs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role with 5+ years.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and packaging systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Familiarity with budgeting and cost control processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety policies and regulatory standards.
• Lead and motivate maintenance technicians to meet objectives.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations and manage work orders via CMMS.
• Mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, balance staffing.
• Develop proactive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Provide hands-on technical support for complex repairs.
• Ensure proper functioning and lifecycle management of equipment.
• Monitor costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain records and prepare regular maintenance reports.
