Job summary

Roundhouse Communities LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Silverbrook Apartments in Kalispell, MT. The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and pool systems, with a zero-cost medical plan and 401(k) match. Pay is $22.00–$23.50 per hour, with bonus potential, on-site schedule, and an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of general maintenance and repair experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems.
• Respond quickly to work orders and complete tasks to a high-quality finish.
• Walk the property to catch issues early and ensure safety/health compliance.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean, functional, and well maintained.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on tasks and purchases.
• Maintain accurate work orders in maintenance software.
• Take on after-hours on-call rotation and assist with snow/ice removal.
• Follow safety procedures per Employee Handbook, SOPs, OSHA standards.
