Riverstone Communities is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead two communities in Rochester, MN, Oak Terrace and Parkside Mobile Home Parks. You will oversee a hands-on maintenance team, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors to maintain high standards of living for residents.

The role requires 3+ years in property maintenance, strong leadership, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. We value safety, reliability, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 2+ members.
• 3+ years in residential or commercial property maintenance or related technical field.
• Experience in groundskeeping and/or landscaping.
• Budget management experience.
• Physically active with ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Maintenance Technicians while completing hands-on maintenance work.
• Manage to an established budget without sacrificing quality of work.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Read water meters for each home and complete day-to-day duties with minimal supervision.
