Riverstone Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Rochester, MN to lead a small maintenance team at Oak Terrace and Parkside Mobile Home Parks. You will manage day-to-day tasks, budget adherence, and vendor relationships while performing hands-on repairs.

The role requires 3+ years in property maintenance and strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and groundskeeping. Expect an active, outside-work environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team of 2+ members or managing vendor relationships.
• 3+ years of residential or commercial property maintenance or in a technical trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• 3+ years in groundskeeping/landscaping.
• 3+ years in carpentry, painting, flooring, drywalling, windows/doors, roofing, or framing.
• Managed maintenance budget with focus on cost savings without sacrificing quality.
• Active: able to walk, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license to operate a vehicle on the property.

Responsabilités

• Lead team of Maintenance Technicians while performing hands-on maintenance.
• Manage to an established budget without sacrificing quality.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Perform plumbing repairs and replacements (faucets, toilets, sewer cleanout).
• Electrical work: light fixtures, outlets, switches, breakers/fuses.
• Carpentry: stairs, doors, windows, landscaping timbers.
• Residential repairs: flooring, siding, skirting, doors/windows, drywall, painting.
• Oversee curb appeal to Riverstone Communities' standards including groundskeeping.
• Complete clean-outs of homes.
• Read water meters for each home.
• Finish work orders efficiently.
• Attend online/virtual training.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Follow safety laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular inventory checks.
