Qualifications
- Experience in or desire for supervisory role
- Experience with HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance
- EPA or CPO certification a plus
- Must have valid Driver's License
Responsibilities
- Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
- Complete resident and property service requests
- Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
- Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests
- Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, and inspections
- Keep work area clean and inventory all supplies and equipment
