Qualifications

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role at a residential property.
• Experience with pool maintenance, grounds, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preventative maintenance for pool, exterior lighting, and inspections.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and maintain a clean work area.
