Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across our community portfolio. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and high-quality residential upkeep.

The role requires hands-on supervision and on-call coverage to meet resident needs. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills for on-site software, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and manage staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and common areas daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies within budget.
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide on-call support and respond to emergencies at the property.
