Responsibilities

• Staff, train, supervise, evaluate and develop team members.
• Maintain equipment to ensure line efficiencies and reduce downtime.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance programs.
• Manage safety programs and ensure PPE compliance.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory.
